Note:
The 2017 Visual Studio, unlike previous releases, no longer provides an ISO for offline installation, and the installation process is done by an online installer that installs different packages as a module. The total package size is 30 GB, all of which will require about 90 GB of free space. Considering that most Iranian programmers use this tool to program desktop applications under the #C and ++ C programming language and use web programming language #C and many modules for non- Essential, downloading the complete package is not cost-effective. This zip download package is specifically for this category of programmers and only includes the following modules:

3- ASP.NET and Web Development

Different Versions of Visual Studio 2017
